Samsung Galaxy Unpacked July 2025 event is just a few hours from now and New York will be the venue for the big launch platform. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7 and the Galaxy Watch 8 series will be the highlight products but the company could have a few surprises in store for the audience as the devices will be announced for the Indian market on the same day.

The launch event comes with the tagline, “The Ultra Experience is Ready to Unfold," which once again confirms the products that will be part of the launch event on Wednesday.

The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked July 2025 event will be on Wednesday, July 9 from Brooklyn in New York, US at 7:30 PM IST for those watching in India. And as every year, the launch event will be streamed via Samsung’s YouTube channel or the official website.

The silhouette of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in the new teaser leaves little to imagination, at least from the way it looks on the side and you cannot argue that the Fold 7 model does look thinner than the previous Fold versions that Samsung has launched till date. 

The company talks about its focus on making a product that is portable yet functional to operate with a large screen. Recently, Samsung talked about bringing an Ultra experience to its next Fold which many people thought was hinting towards a new variant which is not the case. 

The company is also quick to highlight the Galaxy AI features that will be part of the device and with the new design gives you better ways to make use of the smart replies features for your emails on-the-go.  

Less than 12 hours before the launch, we now have a clear idea about how Samsung’s new Fold 7 model could be priced in India. Tipster Yogesh Brar claims Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 price in India could start around Rs 1,75,999 which will be more than Rs 10,000 more than the Galaxy Z Fold 6 launch price in the country. 

We might also see the new Galaxy Watch 8 series and the Galaxy Buds 4 models announced on the same day. The company recently shared a list of health features that will be available with the One UI 8 update for Watch. 

Samsung needs a strong product launch this year to show it is serious in the foldable arena. Vivo X Fold 5 is close on the heels of the new Samsung foldable and the South Korean giant needs to show it means business. We’ll get all these details and more from the Unpacked event later today.
