AI+ Pulse and Nova 5G are the latest budget smartphones to launch in India and the brand claims all the user data is stored in India-based government approved Google cloud servers. The name would suggest these support AI features in some form but being phones under Rs 8,000 that would be a lot to expect and still the brand says it does have AI tools. The devices are powered by Unisoc T-series chipsets, offering expandable storage and running on a new kind of Android OS skin.
AI+ Pulse And Nova 5G Price In India
AI+ Pulse is available for Rs 4,999 in India which gets you the 4GB + 64GB variant, and the higher 6GB + 128GB model costs Rs 6,999. The Nova 5G phone costs Rs 7,999 for the base 6GB + 128GB model and Rs 9,999 if you buy the 8GB + 128GB variant. AI+ Pulse will be available from July 12 and the Nova 5G goes on sale from July 13 in the country.

So what do these phones for under Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000 bring to the market? The AI+ Pulse gets a 6.7-inch HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate while the Nova 5G sports the same screen size with 120Hz refresh rate supported. The Pulse is using the Unisoc T615 chipset with up to 6GB RAM whereas the Unisoc T8200 powers the Nova 5G with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is further expandable.
NxTQ OS is the name of the Android skin that the brand is offering over Android 15 version. It gets a privacy dashboard so that you can track which apps are accessing your data. There is a Play Store, design tool, community app and wallpaper app from the platform.
Both phones come with a dual rear camera system that includes a 50MP main sensor along with an AI sensor. The front of the phone gets a 5MP shooter. Both the AI+ phones also pack the same 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging speed.
