Nothing Phone 3 launch day is finally here and July 1 will be the date when the brand announces not one but two products at the London event later this evening. The company has been building hype for the new flagship phone as well as its first ever over-the-ear headphones in the market. And now it is time for the official unveiling of the new products that includes the Phone 3 and the Headphone 1 model. Even though the launch is in London, Nothing will be bringing these products to the Indian market on the same day.
Nothing Phone 3 Launch Event, Timings And Where To Watch
Nothing Phone 3 launch event is on Tuesday, July 1 in London where the live coverage starts at 6:00 PM BST which comes to 10:30 PM IST for those in India. Nothing will be livestreaming the event online which you can watch on the official Nothing YouTube channels.
Nothing Phone 3 Specs And Price Expected
Nothing Phone 3 launch event will give us the new flagship model from the brand. The Phone 3 is widely expected to sport a 6.7-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. Nothing has confirmed the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset powering the new device and we expect to see it with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The brand has killed the Glyph interface lights in favour of a new Glyph matrix display on the back panel that should be more useful for alerts.
The company is bringing a 50MP periscope telephoto lens to the device, along with a 50MP primary and hopefully an 8MP ultrawide lens. The other big leak is related to the 5,150mAh battery that the Phone 3 could offer with 65W wired charging speed. We are hoping to see Nothing Phone 3 get the charger in the box.
Going by all these features, the Phone 3 price in India could be around Rs 65,000 even though the company CEO Carl Pei has hinted at a launch price of EUR 800 (Rs 90,000 approx) in the market. We’ll be getting all these answers later today, stay tuned for more updates.
Nothing Headphone 1 Launch Details
Nothing Headphone 1 will also be unveiled at the Phone 3 launch event. Reports say the Nothing headphone will carry 40mm drivers tuned by KEF that is partnering with Nothing for the audio products. The over-the-ear headphones are expected to come with adaptive bass upgrades, and support for features like spatial audio and on-ear detection to stop/start music playback.
Furthermore, the Headphone 1 is tipped to come loaded with a 1,040mAh battery that should get fast charging support and claimed battery life of up to 54 hours on a single charge. Tipster Yogesh Brar has hinted that the Headphone 1 could launch for around Rs 20,000 in the market.
