The new Samsung Galaxy F56 5G has launched in India with a starting price of Rs 27,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant while the 8GB RAM + 256 GB model comes for Rs 30,999 in the country.

The Galaxy F56 features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display with 1200 nits of peak brightness, a 120Hz refresh rate screen and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. The phone measures at just 7.2 mm which makes it one of the thinnest in the segment.
It is powered by the Exynos 1480 chipset with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It houses a 5000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging but the charger is one again not available in the box.
The smartphone runs on One UI 7 out of the box and you get the promise of 6 years of Android OS and security updates which is not found in most phones within this range.
Samsung offering a triple rear camera setup on the Galaxy F56 5G that includes 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone also features a 12MP HDR front camera for selfies and video calls.
The Galaxy F56 5G is also packed with advanced AI-powered editing tools like Object Eraser and Edit Suggestions. The phone will also get Samsung’s Knox Vault security to protect against both software and hardware attacks. And yes, features like Tap & Pay with Samsung Wallet are also compatible with this device in select regions.
